CLEVELAND –
Lindsey Wilson leads in the first set of the NAIA Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup winter standings. The Blue Raiders have accumulated 542.50 total points, (265.5 after 5 winter championships) placing third in wrestling, 10
th in women’s swimming and diving, 14
th in men’s swimming and diving, 32
nd in women’s indoor track and field and 42
nd in men’s indoor track and field.
The Cascade Conference has nine schools represented with four in the top 20. The CCC is led by Southern Oregon at No. 5, Concordia No. 15, Eastern Oregon No. 17, The College of Idaho No. 18, Oregon Tech No. 61, Northwest Christian No. 79, Warner Pacific No. 93, Evergreen No. 114 and Corban No. 125.

Olivet Nazarene currently occupies the second spot with 515.50 points after a second place finish in men’s swimming and diving, sixth in women’s swimming, seventh in men’s indoor track and field and 13
th in women’s indoor track and field.
Oklahoma Baptist jumped into third place after finishing 43
rd in the final fall NAIA standings. The bison captured three titles - men’s swimming and diving and men’s and women’s indoor track and field titles. In addition, they placed 3
rd in men’s indoor track and field for 483.50 points.
Wayland Baptist currently occupies the fourth spot with 471.50 points due to a runner up title in men’s indoor track and field, a third place finish in women’s indoor track and field, eighth place in men’s swimming and diving, 11
th place in women’s swimming and diving and 34
th in wrestling.
Rounding out the top five is
Southern Oregon with 466 points. They placed second in wrestling, 29
th in men’s indoor track and field and 38
th in women’s indoor track and field.
Five winter NAIA championships have been completed with the following institutions capturing titles:

The Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in up to 12 sports -- six women’s and six men’s.
The final NAIA winter standings will be released Thursday, March 26.
