Cascade Conference Launches New Website
LA GRANDE, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference launched its new website Wednesday. The conference kept the same URL as its former website, but it has a new look with new features.
“It is always exciting to redesign our web site,” CCC Commissioner Rob Cashell said. “We last updated our site in 2012 to great reviews and with our changing membership wanted a site that would reflect our growth as a league and continue to utilize features our fans have become accustomed to having.”
This past spring the CCC added three new associate members in the sports of men’s and women’s soccer and softball. Carroll College, Rocky Mountain College and the University of Great Falls all will begin competition in the CCC this fall in soccer with Great Falls and Carroll also sponsoring softball in the CCC next spring. All three schools are located in Montana.
In addition, Multnomah University and Walla Walla University begin competition this fall as the newest full members of the CCC. Multnomah is located in Portland, Ore. And WWU is located in Walla Walla, Wash.
The Cascade Conference remains a client of SIDEARM SPORTS website design. Founded in 1996 and based in Syracuse, N.Y., SIDEARM (Sports Information Distribution Engine with Archives and Records Management) is a collegiate athletic web-based content management solution that includes everything from press release and roster management, social media integration, dynamic scoreboards, sponsorship recognition, interactive polls, SIDEARM STATS (live in-game statistics), streaming audio and video, newsletters, recruiting components, and much more.
“The CCC brand has become very recognizable as a result of the outstanding performances of our member schools athletics departments within the conference, region and nationally,” Cashell said. “Our goal is to continue to refresh our look and features offered while maintaining our core branding message.”
