Paul Matyas tacked one on in the 70th with a five-yard shot set up by Clayton Nadon's cross.The Raiders upped their record to 8-3 overall and 3-3 in the CCC going into home games next Friday and Saturday against Warner Pacific and Eastern Oregon.The Beacons (1-7-1) remained winless in four conference games and became SOU's fourth shutout victim of the season. They manufactured shot against the Raider defense, and Tyler Luebbert saved it in the second half.After putting just one shot on goal in the first half, the Raiders have five in the second. Allen's goal was his team-leading seventh of the season, including his fourth of the game-winning variety, and the goal by Matyas was his first. Fourteen different Raiders have now scored this season.The assist marked Nadon's first point as a Raider.
