#2 Corban Advances to Championship Match Over Northwest
LA GRANDE, Ore. – Second-seeded Corban secured their spot in the 2016 Cascade Collegiate Conference Volleyball Championships, presented by U.S. Bank, defeating #3 Northwest in straight sets 25-22, 25-20, 25-18 in the quarterfinal round on Friday afternoon.
Amber Parker led the Warriors, totaling 18 kills with a .268 hitting percentage while adding 17 digs. Following her was Adriana Aguayo with 13 kills while Madison McLain finished with a match high 43 assists.
Corban will await the results of #1 Eastern Oregon vs. #4 College of Idaho to see who they will face in the championship round.
