"What a great way to close out our fall season," said Corban head coach Tom Graves. "I am very proud of how the ladies battled through adversity (weather) and for finding a way to close the deal when we did not have our best stuff today."

Corban finished with a two-round team score of 633, and that two-round total actually sets a new school record for best two-round score in a tournament. After tying the school record with a single-round score of 311 in round one, the Warriors closed out the tournament in round two with a mark of 322 to win by one stroke over Biola University.

Individually, Jenna Jensen carded a career-best tournament with rounds of 75 and 73, and her round of 73 was her new career-best mark. The 73 is also the third-best round in Warrior women's golf history. Her two round total of 148 was just two strokes off of medalist honors and earned her a third-place finish.

Also playing well was Casey Jansen in fourth place with a two-round score of 156 (75, 81). Carrie Wallace finished in sixth with a mark of 161 (80, 81), while Faith Udy rounded out Corban's top-four scorers with rounds of 81 and 87 to tie for 11th overall.

Jessica McCourt carded rounds of 89 and 87, while Hannah Clarizio finished with scores of 90 and 88 for Corban.

"Congrats to Jenna on a new career low and an individual third-place finish amongst tough competition," said Graves.

Corban takes a break from competition over the winter time period before returning to the course in February for the CBU Invitational in Corona, Calif. The tournament is set to take place February 20-21.
