Red Lion Players of the Week Announced
The following CCC student-athletes have been recognized as Red Lion Players of the Week for their performances during the period Apr. 11-17.
Zach Draper
Baseball – Pitcher
College of Idaho’s Zach Draper has been named the Red Lion Baseball Pitcher of the Week.
Draper, a junior from Salt Lake City, Utah, tossed first complete game shutout of the season by a C of I pitcher in a 2-0 road win at OIT...struck out 9 and walked just one batter, picking up his league-leading ninth victory

Hayden Calvert
Baseball
Corban’s Hayden Calvert has been named the Red Lion Baseball Player of the Week.
Calvert, a senior from Canberra, Australia, totaled seven hits on the weekend, including three home runs and six RBI. He also scored seven runs in the series sweep over Simpson.

Eric England
Men’s Outdoor Field
Eastern Oregon’s Eric England has been named the Red Lion Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.
England, a junior from Meridian, Idaho, broke a 43-year-old school record in the long jump. Posted NAIA "A" standard marks to snag first place in both events.

Max Hampton
Men’s Outdoor Track
College of Idaho’s Max Hampton has been named the Red Lion Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week.
Hampton, a senior from Boise, Idaho, won the "B" section of the 5,000-meters at the Oregon Relays, recording the fastest time in the CCC this season and hitting the NAIA "B" qualifying mark

Hailey Kline
Softball – Pitcher
Eastern Oregon Hailey Kline has been named the Red Lion Softball Pitcher of the Week.
Kline, a sophomore from Pendleton, Ore., collected two victories against UBC and NU, compiling 20 strikeouts in three games.

Ali Graham
Softball
Oregon Tech’s Ali Graham has been named the Red Lion Softball Player of the Week.
Graham, a freshman from Chehalis, Wash., went 9-of-13 and racked up six RBIs as the Owls went 3-1 on the week.

Hayley Morse
Women’s Outdoor Field
College of Idaho’s Hayley Morse has been named the Red Lion Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.
Mores, a sophomore from Boise, Idaho, broke two C of I school records at the NNU Invite - establishing the top shot put mark in the CCC this season (13.21 meters) by over four feet; while setting a new hammer record with her 43.10 meter heave - 14 feet longer than the previous C of I record..

Tiana Thomas
Women’s Outdoor Track
College of Idaho’s Tiana Thomas has been named the Red Lion Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the week.
Thomas, senior from Middleton, Idaho, took 2nd in the 100-meter hurdles at NNU Invite, hitting the NAIA "B" standard - nearly a full second faster than the next faster CCC runner this season...also improved her NAIA "B" mark in the 400-meter hurdles with her victory.
