Moriah (Paterson) set an all-time personal best, and Lucia (Morud) also achieved a lifetime best. The ladies have been a mixture of injuries and/or sickness the past two weeks following Willamette, so I'm looking forward to everyone getting healthy in the final stretch."
Next: Multnomah will compete in the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships at Lane Farms in La Grande, Ore., on Saturday, Nov. 4. The men's race is set for 11:00 a.m., followed by the women's championship at 12:00 noon.
