TACOMA, Wash. - In a high-scoring affair that tied a record for most points allowed by an opponent, The Evergreen State College dropped a 119-91 men's basketball contest to the Puget Sound Loggers at the Doug McArthur Classic held Friday at Memorial Fieldhouse.

In beating the Geoducks (0-2) for the second time in three days, the Loggers (2-0) tied the record for most points scored in a game against Evergreen. The University fo British Columbia scored 119 points in a win over Evergreen on Oct. 31, 2015.

Ryan Quigley and Pat Ling tied for game-high scoring honors for the Geoducks with 18 points apiece, and Quigley added 10 rebounds to match Dustin Meade with a double-double in points and rebounds. For the second consecutive game, Meade came off the bench to record his double-double, this time tallying 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Evergreen will play for the third time in four days and close out its appearance at the Doug McArthur Classic when it faces the Pacific Boxers at 4 p.m. Saturday.
