KLAMATH FALLS, Ore.-   The Oregon Tech Athletic Department has unveiled its new web page www.oregontechowls.com , the new online home for Oregon Tech Athletics.

With the help of SIDEARM Sports, one of the premier college athletic website developers, OregonTechOwls.com will allow Hooter fans unprecedented access into the 13 intercollegiate teams at Oregon Tech.

The new website delivers fans a viewer-friendly navigation system that is responsive to the user’s device, to offer content previously not available, including rosters, schedules, news, stats, videos, record books, photos, cutting-edge digital media content, and game stories will now have charts with statistical breakdowns.

In addition to a 1920-pixels-by-1080-pixels home story image that catches the eye, the most noticeable difference to the new website is the graphical redesign. Dynamic pictures that accompany each news story, photo galleries, and social media platforms are key components of the new site - along with the opportunity to showcase some of Oregon Tech’s top athletic sponsors including the Lithia scoreboard ticker at the bottom of the page that will display links related to upcoming events and recent results.

Fans will be able to get instant updates with SMS messages, while prospective students and student-athletes will enjoy a sharp, attractive and more informative website. This includes a new header, simple layout, and large schedule calendar with live stats, listen live and video links.

Additional features include revamped biographies, and rosters with action photos of the athletes in their profiles. The design also includes easier access to social media platforms, including Facebook, and Twitter @OregonTechOwls.

“OregonTechOwls.com will continue to be a work in progress,” said director of sports information and marketing Mike Garrard. “Hooter fans can now enjoy more photo and video coverage of all our teams on the new site. We will continue to migrate historical records, player profiles, and archives, and when completed, we will have one of the top college athletic sites in the nation."
