A trio of players finished with eight kills apiece and Evergreen hit .365 as a team in beating the visiting Walla Walla University Wolves, 25-7, 25-9, 25-16, in a Cascade Collegiate Conference volleyball match played Saturday night inside Costantino Recreation Center.

The Geoducks (10-11 overall, 8-4 CCC), who finished with 14 service aces, dominated a contest that saw only three ties and one lead change combined over the three sets. 

Chloee Hunt finished with eight kills and no errors for a .571 ayttack percentage and both Natalie Taylor and Renita Gray had eight kills while hitting .333 for the home team. Sierra Wolff played two set and compiled 20 assists and Lexi Sanchez finished in the third set with 10 additional assists. Tasha Hungate was outstanding at the net for the Geoducks with one solo block and four block assists as part of Evergreen's seven team blocks. Alexis Garrison led the service ace assault with four, followed by Wolff and Hungate with three apiece.

Sarah Halverson led the Wolves (0-12, 0-11) with seven kills and two block assists and Lauren Barlow picked up eight digs. Walla Walla managed just seven kills through the first two sets and finished the match with 16 total while hitting -.013.
