Eagles Fly Past the Wildcats

Olympia, Wash. – Northwest University (6-2) overwhelmed Portland Bible College (0-5) in a 92-62 victory on Friday night.
Hussayn Ford had yet another game where he earned a double-double, leading the Eagles in both points and rebounds. He had 17 points and 13 rebounds, including 7 offensive rebounds. Four other Eagles got in the double digits for scoring, with Daniel Ghebremichael getting 16, Josh Meyer scoring 14, and Jaden Jenkins and Nick Navarro scoring 10 apiece. Arturo Palacios added 6 assists for the Eagles.
Northwest controlled the game, forcing the Wildcats into 28 turnovers. This was twice as many as the Eagles had in the game, and it resulted in 34 points off turnovers for the Eagles. Northwest also controlled the glass, getting 24 offensive rebounds in the game, compared to the Wildcats’ mere three offensive rebounds.
