The No. 3 Lights competed in the Spokane Open tournament on Sunday night. The Lights had six wrestlers place, as they had one wrestler placing first.

No. 8 Nick Kunz (125) - Placed 2^nd – Kunz started out with a bye, as Kunz won J. Grimm with a Tech. Fall 15-0 in the next round. Next, he wrestled B. Kaylor and won by fall at 2:03. He came out with another fall against J. Grrison at 1:55. In the finals, he lost in a Dec. 10-4.

Landon Bailey (133) - Placed 5^th- Bailey had a bye his first round. In the next round, Bailey beat R. Ninman in a major decision 9-0. Then he lost his next one. Bailey was able to come back and take 5^th place in the consolation rounds.

No. 1 Andrew Bartel (165) - Placed 4^th- Bartel won his from match against Q. Fedor with a fall at  :41. His second match was against B. Klimp, who he also beat by a fall at 1:21. Bartel wasn't able to hold on to the fourth win, as he lost to D. Randall by SV-2 3-1. He was able to come back in the consolation rounds to place 4^th.

No. 4 Chris Nile (174) – Placed 2^nd - Nile won his first match against B. Bell by a Tech Fall 16-0. His second match was against A. Bradley with a fall 1:06. His next match was M. Meier with a fall 1:33. In the semifinals, Nile won by Dec. 3-1 against T. Hurd. He lost in the championship round to A. Lyons- Lopez.

No. 12 Steeler French (184) - Placed 2^nd – French won his first match against M. Alejandro by a Dec. 10-3. His next opponent was against B. Hughes by OTHR1. In the Semifinals, French won by a fall 6:13 against W. Scott. French lost in the Championship against C. Mckinnis by Dec. 7-2.  

No. 2 Isaac Bartel (197) – Placed 1^st – Bartel beat K. Ignacio in the first round by a fall 1:14. In the second round, he won J. Valitalo by a fall 2:17.  His next match, he won by a major decision 12-1 against W. Westfall. In the semifinals, Bartel won against T. Fischer by Dec. 8-3. In the Championship round, he won by a Dec. 11-4 against J. Hensley.
