Randall was exceptional over the week, going 7-0 on the week and finishing first at the Spokane Open with a 5-0 record in the 165-pound weight class. Ranked No. 8 in the NAIA, the senior out of Lewiston, Idaho earned high-profile wins over the No. 6-ranked wrestler in the NJCAA (Mason McDaniel) and the No. 1 ranked wrestler in the NAIA (Andrew Bartel), while also winning both of his dual matches by fall against Umpqua CC and Southern Oregon.

Men’s Basketball

Northwest’s Josh Meyer has been named the Red Lion men’s basketball Player of the Week.

The sophomore guard from Seattle, Wash. was particularly impressive in the team’s victory over a talented Cal Maritime opponent, earning a double-double with his 30-point, 11-rebound performance. The undefeated week moves the Eagles to 7-2 on the young season, continuing the squad’s hot start.

Women’s Basketball

Jordan Woodvine of Corban has been named the Red Lion women’s basketball Player of the Week.
