Southern Oregon University Leads All-Sport Standings
LA GRANDE, Ore. – With five fall championships completed Southern Oregon University leads in the Cascade Collegiate Conference All-Sports Champion race.
The Raiders earned first place points for their championship in men’s soccer, as well as, splitting points with Eastern Oregon University for their co-championship in volleyball. SOU also earned points in women’s and men’s cross country with 2
nd place finishes. Women’s soccer finished in 4
th place for an SOU total 124.2 points.
In second place with 107.15 points is Eastern Oregon. The Mountaineers split first place points in women’s soccer and volleyball as co-champions and 4
th place points in men’s soccer. EOU harriers bolstered the fall sports tally with a 3
rd place finish in men’s cross country.
The College of Idaho, Oregon Tech and Corban University round out the top 5 with 100.09, 90.92 and 80.33 points respectively. CI claimed the top spot in men’s cross country and split points with EOU and NU in volleyball. OIT earned their second championship in women's cross country and Corban’s highest finish was 2
nd in men’s soccer.
