th minute off an assist from Jake Morse, and Trent Siedenburg scored the last goal for the Eagles in the 27
th minute.
The Eagles were able to hold off Multnomah for the rest of the half and for the entire second half to finish off the win.
Northwest head coach Gary McIntosh remarked, “Give credit to Multnomah as they played a good game against us. We wanted to come out fast and establish our play from the first minute of the game, and I think we did a pretty good job of that. I am pleased with our defense again for playing a solid game in the back. We got goals today from key guys that did a great job in front of the goal. We enjoy today’s win for a short time, and our focus switches to the game tomorrow.”
