She also had a career-high 17 rebounds, going 15-for-28 from the field. Men’s Indoor Field
Justin Gould of Eastern Oregon has been selected as the Red Lion men’s indoor field Athlete of the Week.

The freshman from West Linn, Ore. already ranks among the NAIA’s best in his rookie campaign, taking third in the field of his most recent performance with a mark of 4.95 meters—the first time Gould has cleared 16 feet in his young career. Gould already had an 'A' qualifying mark and now ranks No. 2 in the NAIA in the pole vault this season.

College of Idaho’s Catylynn Duff has been chosen as the Red Lion women’s indoor field Athlete of the Week.

Duff improved her seasonal-best mark to 15.72 meters, just eight centimeters shy of the NAIA standard. She was the top non-NCAA Division I thrower to compete in the event, surpassing the marks of all other NAIA, NCAA Division II, and NCAA Division III competitors by over a meter.

Women’s Indoor Track
Cindy Reed of Oregon Tech has been named the Red Lion women’s indoor track Athlete of the Week.

The junior Klamath Falls native broke the school record in the 5000 meter run at the Sunshine Open on Saturday, claiming first place with her time of 17:38.33. Ironically, the meet took place during a rain storm, making Reed’s feat only more impressive. The mark stands as an NAIA ‘A’ qualifier, and she now sits at No. 2 on the national list.
