KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the second time this season, Maya Ah You Dias has been awarded NAIA Division II Women’s Basketball Player of the Week honors, as announced by the NAIA national office announced on Tuesday afternoon.

The honor comes on the heels of a historic weekend for the Eastern Oregon standout, during which Ah You Dias set a program record for scoring with her 45-point performance against Northwest. Not only did she account for nearly half of her team’s points in the 94-91 double-overtime triumph, but she also racked up a career-high 17 boards. Ah You Dias followed that up with another outstanding game on the next day, dropping 32 points and collecting six rebounds against Evergreen to help extend the No. 9-ranked Mountaineer's winning streak to 22 games.

The senior guard has been scorching since her return to the court in December, with the reigning CCC Female Athlete of the Year currently leading the conference in scoring (23.3 PPG), standing at No. 2 in rebounding (9.6 RPG), and ranking sixth in assists (3.4 APG).
