Southern Oregon University Crowned All-Sport Champion

LA GRANDE, Ore. – Lithia Motors Pavilion, on the campus of Southern Oregon University, will be adorned with another championship banner as SOU lays claim to their fourth straight All-Sport title.

The Raiders earned first place points with regular season championships in men’s soccer, volleyball (tie), men’s track/field and softball. Key points were also attained with second place finishes in men’s and women’s cross-country and third place in women’s track/field. In total the Raiders racked up 203.12 points.   

Oregon Tech with 191.73, repeated as the runner-up in 2018-19 on the strength first place points in women’s cross-country and men’s basketball. The Owls earned a plethora of second-place points in women’s basketball (tie), men’s and women’s golf and softball.
 
Eastern Oregon, The College of Idaho and Corban round out the top 5 with 187.29, 181.93 and 162.61 points respectively. Eastern Oregon earned max points for their women’s basketball championship while CI stood atop the men’s cross-country podium. Corban earned second place points in men’s soccer and women’s basketball (tie).
