CORVALLIS, Ore. – The race for the Cascade Collegiate Conference regular-season championship is heating up and is anyone’s game.

Warner Pacific University (11-2-1, 7-1-1 CCC) def. The Evergreen State College (4-7-2, 4-4-2 CCC), 1-0
One goal was all Warner Pacific University needed to defeat The Evergreen State College on the road, despite out-shooting the Geoducks 22-to-5. Hunter VanCleave scored the game-winner in the 56th minute off an assist from Alex Nana to lift the Knights 1-0. Colin Hauser came up big for the Geoducks with 11 saves in between the posts.

RV Oregon Tech (13-1-0, 9-1-0 CCC) def. College of Idaho (6-4-1, 4-4-1 CCC), 1-0
While the CCC regular-season trophy might still be up for grabs, Oregon Tech is holding onto its first place standing as hard as it can and picked up a 1-0 win over the College of Idaho. Anthony Santillan scored in the 82nd minute to prevent overtime and hand the Hustlin’ Owls the victory.

RV Corban University (9-4-0, 8-2-0 CCC) def. Rocky Mountain College (6-4-3, 3-4-2 CCC), 5-1
Corban University saw five different scorers in a 5-1 victory over Rocky Mountain College. It didn't take long for the Warriors to strike, as Nate Sherwood scored in just the third minute with a low strike to the left-side netting. The Battlin’ Bears responded as Niklas Kneller scored in the 30th minute, but six minutes later, Alexis Luna found the back of the net. Alvaro Arche tucked in a goal in the 43rd minute and Mark Ramdeen scored off Arche’s assist in the 78th minute. Two minutes later, Robin Terry capped the scoring for the Warriors.

Southern Oregon University (12-2-0, 8-2-0 CCC) def. Eastern Oregon University (4-8-0, 4-5-0 CCC), 1-0
Southern Oregon University grabbed a quick goal and held on for a 1-0 victory over Eastern Oregon University. The Mountaineers were content to sit back against the Raiders' attack as SOU out-shot EOU 12-to-5, including a 3-to-0 shots on goal upper hand. Alan Gaytan scored the lone goal for the Raiders in the 11th minute, his eighth of the season.

Northwest University (8-5-2, 4-4-2 CCC) def. Multnomah University (2-11-1, 2-6-1 CCC), 3-1
Northwest University got back to the winning side of life with a 3-1 win over Multnomah University. The Lions had the lead briefly when Daniel Borba scored in the 28th minute, but 80 seconds later, Elliot Misic equalized for the Eagles. Tyler Siedenburg grabbed the game-winner in the 78th minute and Tyler Hopp added some insurance in the 84th minute.
