RESULTS] The College of Idaho led seven Cascade Collegiate Conference teams with 222 points to take fifth as a team at the 66
th Annual NAIA Men’s Cross Country National Championship at Fort Vancouver National Historic Championship Course with 115 team points on Friday.
Lewis-Clark State College was right on the Coyotes’ tail, finishing in sixth with 239 points. Oregon Tech finished in 12
th (341 points) and Southern Oregon University posted a 14
th-place finish (354 points). Eastern Oregon University and Northwest University came in 20
th and 21
st, respectively, while Bushnell University finished in 36
th.
C of I’s Logan Hunt capped off a stellar season with a third-place finish at the event, clocking in at 24:58.9. Oregon Tech’s Mark French took sixth with a time of 25:13.1, while LC State’s Cole Olsen also posted a top-10 finish with a time of 25:20.4, putting him ninth. The trio led seven CCC student-athletes in earning All-American honors.
