CORVALLIS, Ore. – There were two spots left in the 2021 Cascade Collegiate Conference Volleyball Tournament, presented by U.S. Bank, heading into the final CCC match day.

No. 7 Corban University (26-2, 20-2 CCC) def. Lewis-Clark State College (16-14, 11-11 CCC), 3-0
Seventh-ranked Corban University didn’t want to share the regular-season title, capping the last CCC match of the year with a straight-set victory (25-13, 25-19, 25-17) to win it outright. Corban came out fired up and hit at a .412 clip while holding LC State to a -.087 attack percentage to set the tone early. Avari Ridgway led Corban with 11 kills, while Grecia Ung Enriquez led LCSC with seven kills on the night.

No. 12 Eastern Oregon University (24-6, 19-3 CCC) def. The Evergreen State College (10-13, 10-12 CCC), 3-0
No. 12-ranked Eastern Oregon University heads into postseason as the No. 2 seed after capping the regular season with a 3-0 win over The Evergreen State College (26-24, 25-20, 25-20). Sade Williams and Cambree Scott shared the load for the Mounties, each posting nine kills. Lily Stewart led the Geoducks with 14 kills, while Sage Burgmeier posted 14 digs.

Southern Oregon University (14-13, 9-13 CCC) def. Warner Pacific University (2-23, 2-20 CCC), 3-0
Southern Oregon University swept Warner Pacific University in three sets (25-12, 25-18, 25-11). Sadie Byrd capped her strongest weekend of the season with nine kills on 12 attempts and five of SOU's eight blocks. The Raiders chauffeured the Knights to a .000 attacking average, leading them to as many attacking errors as they had kills. Grace Buchanan carried the load with 10 of WPU's 17 kills.

Northwest University (13-14, 12-10 CCC) def. College of Idaho (14-16, 11-11 CCC), 3-0
With two last spots in the CCC Volleyball Tournament up for grabs, Northwest University snatched one up with a three-set sweep over College of Idaho (25-16, 25-19, 25-23). Susanna Bailey helped the Eagles get the job done with 11 kills on the night, while Megan Horne had 18 digs. Austyn Mauzy led the Coyotes with eight kills, while Sydnee Steel finished with 18 digs.

RV Oregon Tech (22-5, 18-4 CCC) def. Multnomah University (5-18, 4-18 CCC), 3-0
Oregon Tech won its fifth-straight match with a straight-set victory over Multnomah University (25-13, 25-12, 25-12). The Owls posted a .500 attack percentage, with Kaylin Talonen leading the charge on 12 kills. Danae Stokes led the Lions with nine kills.

No. 23 Bushnell University (20-6, 16-6 CCC) def. Walla Walla University (0-23, 0-22 CCC), 3-1
No. 23-ranked Bushnell University picked up a 3-1 victory (25-20, 18-25, 25-11, 25-17) over Walla Walla University, but the Wolves didn’t go down without a fight. WWU put together its best set of the year in the second to even the match at 1-1, hitting at a .348 clip. It marked the third set the Wolves have won all year and their first against a ranked foe. Sierra Jenkins led the Beacons with 13 kills, while Bella Parque had 25 digs. Two Wolves finished the night in double figures: Gabrielle Browning (17) and Summer Boulais (10). Browning also had 13 digs for a double-double.
