INDIVIDUAL RESULTS Oregon Tech won the Lewis-Clark State College Invitational Tuesday after posting its best team score in the third and final round.
The Hustlin’ Owls finished with a 909 (303, 309, 297) and saw Mayson Tibbs win the individual title. Tibbs fired off the second-lowest score of the tournament, a 69, in the third round.
Bushnell University successfully completed an impressive comeback attempt, shooting up from sixth place to second (916 – 311, 311, 294) after posting a 294 in the third round. Jon Holzgang finished as runner-up on the individual leaderboard after posting the lowest score of the tournament with a 68 in the final round.
Multnomah University also made a climb, finishing tied for third with a 919 (304, 315, 300). College of Idaho also posted a 919 (298, 317, 304) to tie with the Lions. LC State finished in fifth (920 – 312, 307, 301), while Corban University followed with a 927 (309, 307, 311). Walla Walla University finished with a 1013 (335, 342, 336).
