PORTLAND | Warner Pacific held Multnomah University to zero baskets and just three free-throws in the final quarter of play as the Knights went on to defeat the Lions 63-47. The Knights move to 5-7 and 2-5 CCC on the season.

The Rundown
The Lions came out firing early, taking a six point lead over the Knights before closing out the first quarter of play with a 17-16 lead.
 
With both teams exchanging buckets through the first half, Multnomah seemed to be one step ahead of Warner Pac, putting an end to any run the Knights would attempt to go on and after the first twenty minutes of play, the Lions led 33-31.
 
At the break, Khloe Snair led the Knights in scoring with nine points, shooting a perfect 4-4 from the floor before coming out and hitting the Knights' opening bucket of the second half. The senior from Longview, Washington finished the day nearly perfect from the floor, missing just one three pointer, shooting 83% (5-6) from the field and knocking down one of two free throws.
 
In their 20 point third quarter, Warner Pacific's Courtney Jackson scored half of the team's 20 third quarter points, while holding the Lions to just 11 points. At the end of three quarters, the home team overcame a six point deficit to close out the third quarter with a 51-44 lead.
 
The Lions saw the suffocating Warner Pacific defense in the fourth quarter; the Knights held Multnomah to zero buckets and just three free throws in the final ten minutes of play to round out the victory.

Warner Pacific outscored Multnomah 32-14 in the second half en route to their 17-point victory.
 
Courtney Jackson finished with 15 points, shooting 50% from three-point land, and 6-11 from the floor.
Kylie Guelesdorf garnered the team high honor of seven rebounds to compliment her eight points.
Nicole Mickelson blocked four Multnomah shots; a season-high.
