CORVALLIS, Ore. – The CoSIDA Academic All-District® Men’s and Women’s At-Large Teams were released Thursday, recognizing the NAIA’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom.
Four Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes earned District 4 honors in Lewis-Clark State College’s Carlos Davila (men’s golf) and Lauren Hamm (women’s golf), Bushnell University’s Jon Holzgang (men’s golf), and Warner Pacific University’s Austin Wallace-Lister (men’s wrestling). All four student-athletes had over a 3.60 GPA – well above the minimum requirement of a 3.30 GPA.
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early August.
