Rocky Men Win Late

Rocky Mountain College men's soccer played on the offensive side of the pitch for most of the game. The Battlin' Bears had nine shots in the first half and eleven shots in the second half.
 
Rocky had an impressive 20 shots on the day, six on goal. The defense was led by Ryan Cornwall. Cornwall directed the Battlin' Bears exceptional defense to allow only three shots, one on goal to the Jimmies.
 
The lone and game winning goal came in the 87th minute to Rocky's Igor Soares. The Battlin' Bears played keep away for the remaining two minutes and 12 seconds.
 
The Battlin' Bears travel to Great Falls, Montana to take on the University of Providence this coming weekend, and to begin conference play.
