Rocky Mountain College women's soccer played solid defense. Morgan Blankenship was in goal all game. She had two saves on the day, and she was very vocal directing the rest of the Battlin' Bears defense.
The Rocky offensive attack came from a variety of players. Most notably Brynn Klinefelter with three shots, two of which were on goal. Morgan Maack added a spark off the bench, that led multiple pushes late in the game. Unfortunately, it was not enough, and the Battlin' Bears fell, due to Jamestown's Penelope Hoppe scoring the only goal on the day.
The Battlin' Bears travel to the University of Providence for a rematch this coming weekend.
