CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2022-23 Cascade Collegiate Conference women’s basketball season tips off today with three conference games, beginning a 22-match schedule to determine who will win the regular-season crown and the first of the CCC’s two automatic qualifiers (AQ). The top eight teams in the final standings will also advance to the CCC Women’s Basketball Championship Tournament presented by U.S. Bank, with the other AQ on the line.
Lewis-Clark State College was picked as the preseason favorite and
leads a trio of CCC teams on the latest NAIA Coaches’ Poll, sitting at No. 17. Southern Oregon University sits at No. 20 while Eastern Oregon University is receiving votes.
