CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2022 Cascade Collegiate Conference softball season continued Friday with a full slate of games. Teams compete in a four-game series, with only the first three counting toward the conference record.

Northwest University at Warner Pacific University
Game 1: NU won 4-2 – Madisyn Leffle went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a run in the Eagle win.
Game 2: WPU won 8-4 – Payton Hergert led the Knights with a 3-for-4 showing, scoring one run and driving in three more.

University of Providence at (RV) Eastern Oregon University
Game 1: EOU won 9-0 (5 innings) – Caitlin Crist and Grace Gaither each had home runs in the Mountie victory.
Game 2: EOU won 11-2 (5 innings) – Hannah Tyree and Karsyn Zaragoza each went 2-for-3 at the plate with one run and two RBIs for the Mounties.

No. 8 Southern Oregon University at Bushnell University
Game 1: SOU won 11-2 (6 innings) – Lindsey Stripling was a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate for the Raiders, scoring one run and batting in three others.
Game 2: SOU won 9-0 (5 innings) – Riley Donovan led the game off with a home run and finished with a 3-for-3 performance at the plate with three runs and four RBIs.
