CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2022 Cascade Collegiate Conference softball season continued Saturday with a ton of games. Teams compete in a four-game series, with only the first three counting toward the conference record.

Northwest University at No. 8 Southern Oregon University
Game 1: SOU won 5-3 – Piper Love hit her fourth home run of the year to help lift the Raiders to victory.
Game 2: SOU won 5-2 (non-conference) – Love followed with a 3-for-4 performance in the nightcap, knocking another home run.

Game 1: EOU won 3-1 – Amanda Smith had nine strikeouts in the circle for the Mounties, allowing one unearned run.
Game 2: EOU won 8-7 (non-conference) – WPU had more hits, but EOU capitalized with five runs in the top of the seventh to steal the win.

Game 1: Corban won 7-3 – Holly Gonzales came in on relief and threw seven strikeouts to secure the win for the Warriors.
Game 2: UP won 13-9 (non-conference) – The Argos picked up their first win of the year with three Argos finished with three hits: Taylor Mathews, Karlie David and Sirena Rosalez.

Game 1: Carroll won 8-5 – Jessica Nimmo went 3-for-5 with two runs scored to lead the Saints.
Game 2: Bushnell won 9-8 (non-conference) – The Beacons finished with 17 hits, led by Jordan Kuykendal’s 4-for-5 performance with two RBIs.
