CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2022 Cascade Collegiate Conference softball season continued Saturday with a bunch of matchups. Teams compete in a four-game series, with only the first three counting toward the conference record.

Game 1: UBC won 8-0 (5 innings) – Olivia Malesku went 2-for-4 with one run and three RBIs to help the Thunderbirds pick up the win.
Game 2: UBC won 6-2 – Lindsay Bell finished with eight strikeouts for the Thunderbirds.

Game 1: EOU won 7-6 (10 innings) – It took 10 innings but an RBI single from Caitlin Crist (3-for-5) secured the win for the Mounties.

Game 1: C of I won 10-3 – Hannah Mikel and Sydney Zachry each went 2-for-3 with one run scored and two RBIs for the Coyotes.
Game 2: C of I won 7-5 – Makenna Luke (2-for-2) knocked a two-run homer to help the Coyotes pick up the sweep.

Game 1: NU won 18-9 – Alyssa Maldonado went 3-for-4 with one run and five RBIs for the Eagles.
Game 2: NU won 8-6 – Emily Barry finished with three RBIs and one run after going 2-for-4 at the plate for the Eagles. NU Head Coach Pam Fink also broke the record for softball coaching wins at NU at 38.
