CORVALLIS, Ore. – Two teams remained undefeated in CCC action after Saturday’s matches.

Lewis-Clark State College grabbed a 3-1 victory over in-state rival College of Idaho (26-24, 21-25, 25-22, 25-16). Cassidy Nelson led the Warriors with 20 kills and the Warriors finished with 11 service aces. Janae Rayborn led the Coyotes with 16 kills.

No. 22 Southern Oregon University def. Northwest University, 3-1
No. 22-ranked Southern Oregon University overcame a rough second set to secure a four-set victory over Northwest University (25-19, 15-25, 25-9, 25-17). Hailey Van Well led the Raiders with 16 kills, while Mylena Testoni had 15 kills and 19 digs. Kaitlyn Mickle and Susana Bailey led the Eagles with seven kills apiece.

The Evergreen State College bounced back with a four-set victory over Oregon Tech, having to battle back from dropping the first set (22-25, 25-17, 25-20, 25-21).

Bushnell University defeated Multnomah University in three sets (25-18, 25-13, 25-15). With the win, Beacon head coach Jason Corwin becomes the all-time winningest coach for Bushnell and his 74th coaching victory.

No. 7 Eastern Oregon University def. Walla Walla University, 3-0
No. 7 Eastern Oregon University kept rolling with a three-set sweep over Walla Walla University (25-6, 25-12, 25-16). The Mounties came out swinging and hit at a .429 clip in the opening set. Cambree Scott led the Mounties with nine kills in the victory. Gabrielle Browning and Sahara Browning led the Wolves with five kills each.
