CORVALLIS, Ore. – The CCC men’s basketball teams created some close games, resulting in dominant athletics.

Southern Oregon University def. Walla Walla University, 82-68
Southern Oregon secures a 70-51 victory over Walla Walla University. Will Graves scored 15 points for the Raiders followed by Atmar Mundu with 14 points. The Wolves struggled in foul trouble as the Raiders shot 90% at the free-throw line. Ethan Ford displayed his experience on the court scoring a total of 21 points for the Wolves.

Lewis-Clark State College def. Oregon Tech, 76-74
Lewis-Clark State College put a stop to its four-game losing streak with a 76-74 win over Oregon Tech. The teams battled it out on the free-throw line with a combined 57 attempts. David Brown led the Warriors with a game-high 25 points. Close behind was John Lustig who set a career-high for the second consecutive game with 22 points for LC State. The Owls had four players in double-digits. Kam Osburn led with 18 points, Kody Bauman scored 17, Keegan Shivers added 16 and Joey Potts had 14.

Warner Pacific University def. Northwest University, 77-73
Warner Pacific University outscored Northwest University in a tight 77-73 battle. Thomas Miles had an outstanding game for the Knights racking up 26 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 steals. The Eagles clawed their way back after being down by 20 points but came up short. Drew Bryson and James Laurence led Northwest with 13 points each.

No. 1 College of Idaho def. Bushnell University, 81-65
No. 1 College of Idaho continues to stay dominant with an 81-65 victory over Bushnell University to lead to their 15th consecutive win. It was a tight battle with the Beacons, as the two teams were separated by two points at halftime. For the Coyotes, Drew Wyman scored the first six points of the game on two three-point shots, eventually leading his team with 17 points. Beacon leader Spencer Hoffman fought until the end, earning a game-high double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds to keep Bushnell alive.

(RV) Corban University def. (RV) Eastern Oregon University, 67-53
(RV) Corban University earned a huge 67-53 victory over (RV) Eastern Oregon University, taking back their second-place conference standing. The Warriors held the Mountaineers to their lowest point total of the season in a single game. Mateo Eschiek led Corban with 16 points, while James Carlson came from the bench to drop 15 points and take six rebounds. Phillip Malatare guided Eastern Oregon with a game-high 17 points, landing a double-double with 10 rebounds as well.

Multnomah University def. The Evergreen State College, 105-79
Multnomah University never lets up with a 105-79 victory over The Evergreen State College. Neland Block led the Lions with 22 points while Zach Richardson passed his 2000 career point milestone late in the second half. For the Geoducks, Tyler Williford had a game-high double-double of 26 points and 14 rebounds.
