NAIA Volleyball Attacker of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – No. 16 Southern Oregon University’s Hannah Stadstad was named the NAIA Volleyball Attacker of the Week, announced Tuesday by the national office.
 
Last week, Stadstad led Southern Oregon (19-5, 12-4 CCC) in three more home wins to remain third in the CCC standings.

On Wednesday, she tallied 16 kills, 4 digs, and three blocks on top of a service ace in the Raiders 3-1 victory over Oregon Tech (25-12, 25-17, 22-25, 25-17).

The junior right-side hitter kept the momentum into Friday for a straight sweep against Warner Pacific University (25-20, 25-16, 25-15). She recorded another 16 kills and a block, helping SOU reach a .426 hitting percentage.

On Saturday, she collected 15 kills and a dig in the final weekend three-set defeat of Multnomah University (25-16, 25-14, 25-10).

The Albany Ore., native ended the week with an incredible .563 attack percentage and 47 total kills (4.7 k/s). Stadstad currently leads the CCC with a .363 overall attack percentage. Up next, Southern Oregon will hit the road to face Lewis-Clark State College and Walla Walla University this weekend.
