CORVALLIS, Ore. – The CCC Women’s Soccer Championship Tournament, presented by U.S. Bank, kicks off on Monday.
No. 1 seed College of Idaho vs. No. 8 seed Bushnell University @ 5 P .M.
Top-seeded, regular season champions of College of Idaho enter the tournament with a 16-1-1 overall, 12-0 CCC record on a 15-game win streak. Bushnell holds a 5-7-3 overall, 4-5-3 CCC record. The Yotes defeated the Beacons with a final score of 1-0 when the teams faced off a few weeks ago.
No. 2 seed Carroll College vs. No. 7 seed Southern Oregon University @ 5 P.M.
No. 2 seed Carroll begins the tournament with a 11-1-4 overall, 8-1-3 CCC record. Southern Oregon holds the seventh seed while having a 8-6-4 overall, 5-3-4 CCC record. Earlier this conference season, the Fighting Saints and Raiders ended in a 1-1 draw.
No. 3 seed Eastern Oregon University vs. No. 6 seed Oregon Tech @ 8 P.M.
Eastern Oregon enters the tournament holding a 9-3-4 overall, 7-3-2 CCC record. OIT has a 7-5-3 overall, 6-4-2 CCC record. The Mounties and Owls ended in a 1-1 draw during conference play.
No. 4 seed Corban University vs. No. 5 seed Northwest University @ 8 P.M.
Corban earned an 9-4-4 overall, 7-3-2 CCC record in its 2023 campaign thus far. CCC preseason favorite Northwest has a 9-6-2 overall, 7-3-2 CCC record to begin postseason. When the Warriors defeated the Eagles 2-1 when they faced off a few weeks ago.
The CCC tournament takes place Nov. 6-10, hosted by Bushnell University. The quarterfinals and semifinals will play out at Willamalane Park in Springfield, Ore., while the championship game will kick off at Civic Park in Eugene, Ore., at 3 P.M. Whichever team wins the tournament will earn the CCC's second AQ to the national tournament. If C of I advances to the final, their opponent will earn the AQ.
