CORVALLIS, Ore. – The CCC Volleyball Championship Tournament, presented by U.S. Bank, kicks off on Tuesday. For the first time, the top eight CCC teams will make postseason with the top four earning automatic byes to the final site, hosted by regular season champions, Eastern Oregon University.

No. 6 seed Bushnell University vs. No. 7 seed Oregon Tech @7 P .M.
Bushnell begins the tournament with a 15-11 overall, 13-9 CCC record. OIT holds a 12-17 overall, 10-12 CCC record. The Beacons swept the Owls (27-25, 25-20, 25-15) when the teams faced off just last week. The higher seeds host round one of the tournament as the Owls head to Eugene, Oregon.
No. 5 seed Northwest University vs. No. 8 seed Lewis-Clark State College @7 P.M.
Northwest starts the tournament with a 17-10 overall, 14-8 CCC record. LC State has a 10-17 overall, 9-13 CCC record. The Eagles swept the Warriors (25-17, 25-28, 25-18) when they played exactly a month ago. The higher seeds host round one of the tournament as the Warriors head to Kirkland, Washington.
No. 4 seed College of Idaho enters the tournament with a 18-12 overall, 16-6 CCC record. The Yotes will face off against the highest remaining seed on Friday at 12:30 P.M. in La Grande, Oregon.
No. 3 seed Southern Oregon University enters the tournament with a 25-5 overall, 18-4 CCC record and have won their last 10 matches. The Raiders will face off against the lowest remaining seed on Friday at 9 A.M. in La Grande, Oregon.
CCC Preseason favorite, No. 2 seed Corban University enters the tournament with a 25-5 overall, 19-3 CCC record. The Warriors will battle the highest remaining seed on Friday at 4 P.M. in La Grande, Ore., only having to win one to make it to the final match.
Top seeded and CCC Regular Season Champions of Eastern Oregon University enters the tournament with a 28-1 overall, 21-1 CCC record on a 17-game win streak. The Mounties will take on the lowest remaining seed on Friday at 7:30 P.M. on their home court with a win allowing them to the championship match.
The CCC championship match will take place on Saturday at 3 P.M. Whichever team wins the tournament will earn the CCC's second AQ to the national tournament. If EOU advances to the final, their opponent will earn the AQ.
