CORVALLIS, Ore. – Round one of the 2023 CCC Volleyball Championship Tournament, presented by U.S. Bank, led the top two seeded teams to advance to the final site.

No. 6 seed Bushnell University def. No. 7 seed Oregon Tech, 3-0
Bushnell shut out Oregon Tech (27-25, 31-29, 25-23) for the second time this week to begin its postseason run. In the longest three sets of the CCC season, the Beacons were led by Leah Agost with 19 kills and Katie Belitz with 30 assists. Kaley Whalen added 24 digs for the Owls who reached a .248 attack percentage while putting up a great fight to end their season. Bushnell advances to the final site in La Grande, Ore., to face No. 3 seed Southern Oregon University at 9 A.M. on Friday.

No. 5 seed Northwest University def. No. 8 seed Lewis-Clark State College 3-1
Northwest started the tournament off strong with a 3-1 victory over LC State. The Eagles were led by Kelsey Moore with 24 digs and Karste Wright who added 14 kills in the win. Northwest held LCSC to a negative attack percentage. In the Warriors final game of the season, Juliauna Forgach Aguilar put up 17 kills. Northwest now advances to the final site in La Grande, Ore., to take on No. 4 seed College of Idaho at 12:30 P.M. on Friday.
