KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches announced the association’s 2023 NAIA All-Region and All-America teams on Wednesday.
Among the 44 total players (22 men, 22 women), the Cascade Collegiate Conference had three student-athletes awarded to the All-America Teams.
On the Women’s side, College of Idaho’s
Hannah McFadden was the lone goalkeeper to receive first team recognition.
For the Men, Southern Oregon University’s
Casey Ruvolo and Adrian Villegas earned second team honors.
Among the 11 players on the NAIA Men’s All-West Region team, Southern Oregon University had five members:
Casey Ruvolo, Omar Ramirez, Sky Charley-Bolyard, Josue Reyes, and Adrian Villegas.
Among the 11 players on the NAIA Women’s All-West Region team, College of Idaho had three members:
Hannah McFadden, Alexis Haws, and Eden Makaafi. Carroll College’s
Emily Funseth was also named to the team.
