Eight CCC Student-Athletes Named to CSC Academic All-District® Men’s Basketball Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – The 2022-23 Academic All-District® Men’s Basketball Team, selected by CSC and released Thursday, recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
 
The Cascade Collegiate Conference saw eight Men Basketball players earn the distinction:
Bushnell University- Spencer Hoffman, Luke Smith
College of Idaho- Whitt Miller, Drew Wyman
Corban University- Josiah Roth
Lewis-Clark State College- Silas Bennion
Oregon Tech- Keegan Shivers, Joey Potts
 
To be nominated, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore starter or important reserve with a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at his current institution. First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team (if applicable). Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on March 14th at noon ET.
