In the classroom, 47 student-athletes have received NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete recognition with five going on to receive College Sports Communicators Academic All-American honors.

In 2021-22, she was not only named the NAIA Athletic Director of the Year, but was also recognized as the Cascade Collegiate Conference Athletic Director of the Year for the second-straight year, and the third time in four years.

Rossi has worked with the College's development team to establish an Athletics Give Day, "Clash of the Coyotes," and the Go Purple Steak Feed which combined to raise over $200,000 annually. She also led her team in the formation of the "Come Win With Us" campaign, driving the branding and marketing of the athletic department.

She has served the NAIA in a myriad of roles. Currently, she serves on the Executive Committee of the NAIA Athletic Director Association. She is also on the NAIA's National Administrative Council and currently serves as the Chair of the Women's Volleyball Selection Committee, as well as other task forces and committees.
