Cascade Connects: Cross Country Preview

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2023 Cross Country CCC Preview Meet, hosted by College of Idaho, took place on Friday, Sept. 15th. Both Yotes teams finished in first place.
 
C of I was preparing for the Cascade Collegiate Conference Cross Country Championships, presented by U.S. Bank, that they will host on November 3rd. The CCC will host the 2023 NAIA Cross Country Championships in Vancouver, Wash., on November 17th.
 
Today, the NAIA released the first Coaches Top 25 Ratings of the season. In the Men’s Poll, the CCC saw five teams ranked and two received votes. In the Women’s Poll, three teams ranked while two received votes.
  
So far this year, Northwest University and Corban University have both held the CCC Rize Laboratory Men’s Runners of the Week. College of Idaho holds both female honorees. Lewis-Clark State College Men’s and Women’s Cross Country were named the CCC Under Armour Team of the Week.
