KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Hailey Heider of Bushnell University has been named the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week. She selected based on her performances from October 28 - November 3 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Heider, a junior outside hitter from Albany, Ore., had another dominant weekend in the Beacons victories against Northwest University (3-1) and The Evergreen State College (3-0). She hit .380 with 100 total attacks, 48 kills, and 26 digs while adding six block assists, four service aces, and two assists.
The Beacons head into their final weekend of the regular season on the road against Lewis-Clark State College and Walla Walla University.
