CORVALLIS, Ore. – The seeds for the 2024 Cascade Collegiate Conference Softball Championship Tournament, presented by U.S. Bank, were set on Sunday.
The No. 5-ranked Oregon Tech softball team captured the CCC regular season championship title today for the third consecutive year. With a 24-3 conference record OIT was named the top seed, earning the right to host the postseason tournament.
No. 11-ranked Eastern Oregon University was close behind, completing conference play with a 22-5 record to secure the 2nd seed. No. 20-ranked College of Idaho and No. 13-ranked Southern Oregon University both ended the CCC regular season with a 20-7 record. C of I clinched the 3rd seed with the head to head tiebreak critera.
British Columbia claimed the 5th seed, holding a 16-11 conference record. Carroll College received the final spot in the tournament, ending CCC play with a 12-15 record.
