CORVALLIS, Ore. – A top-five matchup highlighted Saturday night's CCC Volleyball action.

No. 5-ranked Southern Oregon University def. No. 2-ranked Eastern Oregon University, 3-1
Southern Oregon remained undefeated and handed Eastern Oregon its first loss in the CCC Game of the Week with a final score of 3-1 (25-20, 25-20, 20-25, 25-19). Marin Mackey led the Raiders all around with an outstanding performance of 18 kills and 14 digs. SOU came out strong, never trailing in the first set and limited EOU’s team attacking average to .156. Alexis McMurtrey paced the Mounties with a service ace, 23 assists and a game-high 15 digs.

No. 9-ranked Corban University def. Multnomah, 3-0
Corban shutout Multnomah for its second sweep of the week with a final score of 3-0 (25-15, 25-11, 25-12). Marissa Uehara helped the Warriors with a game high 16 digs and two service aces. Corban reached an incredible .389 attack percentage while holding Multnomah in the negatives. Jade llaoa and Aleya Baptiste paced the Lions with five kills each.

(RV) College of Idaho def. (RV) Oregon Tech, 3-2
College of Idaho bested Oregon Tech in a tight five set match (22-25, 18-25, 25-23, 25-18, 15-11). After falling in the first two sets, C of I recorded five total blocks in the decisive fifth set, including three consecutive tandem-blocks to pull away for the win. The Yotes were led by Hayley Mcune's 15 kills and 10 digs while Savannah Hutchins added 28 assists and two service aces. The Owls were paced by Molly Grace's game-high 19 kills.

Lewis-Clark State College def. The Evergreen State College, 3-0
Lewis-Clark State swept Evergreen with a final score of 3-0 (25-11, 25-15, 25-14). Esther Kailiponi led the Warriors with 20 assists and seven digs while Juliauna Forgach added 14 kills. LC State recorded an impressive .307 attack percentage while limiting Evergreen to .013. The Geoducks were paced by Sophia Scroggins six kills.

Bushnell University def. Warner Pacific University, 3-0
Bushnell defeated Warner Pacific with a final score of 3-0 (25-14, 25-15 and 25-12). The Beacons recorded an amazing .397 attack percentage and were led by Leah Agost's nine kills and Kate Palelek's 18 assists and four service aces. The Knights were paced by six kills from Elizabeth Reid.

Walla Walla edged out Northwest 3-2. Sahara Browning had an outstanding night, leading the Wolved with a game-high 26 kills. Ellie Van Berkum paced the Eagles with 15 digs.
