CORVALLIS, Ore. – College of Idaho was chosen to claim the Cascade Collegiate Conference crown for the fifth consecutive year as the 2025-26 CCC Men’s Basketball Preseason Poll released on Wednesday by the conference office.
The Yotes received eight first-place votes and totaled 117 points to claim the top spot. Last season C of I completed another historic run by capturing the CCC regular-season and tournament title before earning the 2025 NAIA Men’s Basketball National Championship.
Southern Oregon University followed in second place with two first-place votes and 103 points. Lewis-Clark State College ranked third with 93 points, while Oregon Tech landed fourth with 88 points. Eastern Oregon University picked up the final first-place vote and totaled 80 points to round out the top five.
Bushnell University earned sixth with 67 points, followed by Corban University (51 points), Northwest University (47 points), and Warner Pacific University (42 points). Walla Walla University (20 points) and The Evergreen State College (18 points) closed out the preseason rankings.
The CCC regular season begins on December 2nd, and the Conference Tournament tips off on February 25th at campus sites.
