No. 20-ranked Bushnell University def. (RV) Walla Walla University, 3-2
Bushnell defeated Walla Walla in five sets (27-29, 22-25, 26-24, 25-19, 15-11). Hailey Heider led the Beacons with 20 kills and 20 digs, while Teagan Dixon added 11 kills. The Warriors were paced by Sahara Browning’s 21 kills and 11 digs. Bushnell held a slight edge in kills (60-66) but converted blocks (9-8) and aces (8-6) to help seal the victory.
Oregon Tech def. No. 21-ranked Northwest University, 3-0
Oregon Tech upset Northwest in three sets (25-16, 25-20, 25-16). Lucy Boyd led the Owls with 36 assists and 14 digs while Savanna Sterck tallied 10 kills and three blocks. OIT held a 45-30 advantage in kills. Kaitlyn Mickle paced the Eagles with nine kills.
(RV) Southern Oregon University def. The Evergreen State College, 3-0
Southern Oregon outscored Evergreen State in straight sets (25-7, 25-10, 25-19). Friley Curtiss led the Raiders with eight kills, Maya Watters added six on a .364 attack percentage while Tais Vega added 14 digs. SOU held a 30-17 advantage in kills and added 12 service aces. Sophia Scroggins paced the Geoducks with 11 kills.
No. 5-ranked Corban University def. No. 12-ranked Lewis-Clark State College, 3-1
Corabn defeated Lewis-Clark State 3-1 (29-27, 21-25, 25-22, 25-10). Emma Bischoff led the Warriors with 18 kills and 15 digs, while Makayla Roginski added 16 kills. Juliauna Forgach Aguilar paced LC State with 17 kills. Corban finished with a 56-49 advantage in kills and hit .236 as a team to earn the road victory.
