TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference delivered another impressive showing on the national stage as four CCC programs placed above the top 30 and seven All-Americans were honored at the 2025 NAIA Women’s Cross Country National Championship on Friday morning.
College of Idaho led all Cascade Conference teams with a fifth place finish, scoring 233 points behind three All-American performances. Julia Gilbert paced the Yotes in 23rd place (21:49.4), followed by Kylee Quinton in 32nd (21:52.9) and Rozzlyn Cazier in 36th (21:56.1) as the trio helped C of I secure its seventh straight top 10 national finish.
Southern Oregon University finished 12th overall with 409 points. Junior standout Alyssa Johnson led the Raiders with a top 10 national performance, finishing 10th in 21:35.7, earning her second consecutive NAIA All-America honor.
Eastern Oregon University claimed 22nd place with 569 points, highlighted by senior Riley Morris, who capped her career with a 33rd place finish (21:53.1) to secure All-American status for the first time.
Lewis-Clark State College rounded out the CCC teams in 26th place, led by sophomore Damaris Kibiwot, who ran a strong 21:44.3 to place 19th overall to also secure her first All-American honoree.
Cascade Conference Champion Alauna Carstens of The Evergreen State College delivered one of the top national performances of the day, placing fourth overall in 21:02.1 to earn her second All-American honor.
