WALLA WALLA, Wash. — No. 2 University of British Columbia swept the team and individual titles at the Walla Walla Invitational, the first Cascade Collegiate Conference Women’s Golf Tournament of the 2025-26 season.
The Thunderbirds were the only team to have a team round score under 300 in the tournament, and they did it twice. UBC had a 11-over 299 on Tuesday and won the tournament by 12 strokes. No. 21 Oregon Tech moved ahead of No. 25 Lewis-Clark State for second place with a team score of 606. The Warriors finished third at 611.
Southern Oregon held on to fourth place with a second round of 321, the same round score as College of Idaho on Tuesday. The Raiders finished the tournament with a team score of 635 with the Yotes a stroke behind in fifth. Bushnell (659), Walla Walla (676) and Corban (731) closed out the standings.
Keira Hou carded 16 pars in a 2-over 74 and finished as the lone golfer under par at 1-under 143. Reece Garey of College of Idaho finished in second place at 146. Hou’s teammate Jessica Ng and LC State’s Jane Berry shared third place at 147, Brittney Barrington of Oregon Tech wrapped up fifth place with a back-to-back rounds of 74.
