CCC Men's Soccer Scoreboard 9.19.25

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2025 CCC Men's Soccer season kicked into full gear tonight.

Current CCC Standings

Walla Walla University def. College of Idaho, 4-3
Walla Walla opened CCC play with 4-3 victory over College of Idaho. Walla Walla struck first just two minutes in, as Juan Lobos scored with an assist from Lewys Scott. C of I answered with two goals from Keidin Green to take a 2-1 lead. Just before halftime, Paulo Tostado tied it for Walla Walla. The second half saw Jose Roblero give the Wolves the lead, then Green equalized again with his second penalty kick. Ultimately, Paulo Tostado scored the decisive goal with an assist by Mauro Garrote. C of I and Walla Walla were even on shots overall (15-15). Walla Walla’s keeper, Sebastian Vargas, made six saves, while Matej Hron for the Yotes recorded three.

(RV) Southern Oregon University def. The Evergreen State College, 4-1
Southern Oregon topped Evergreen State 4-1 to start the conference season. Evergreen struck first when Marvin Sea scored with a Kainoa Wong assist just before the 18-minute mark. SOU answered back quickly, Daniel Palomino equalized via penalty at 20:16 in the first half. In the second half Irwin Leon took over, scoring three times, assisted by Papa Yansane twice, to seal the win. SOU held a 22-12 edge in shots (11-5 on target), while the Geoducks Tom Cole made six saves and the Raiders Casey Ruvolo made four.

Oregon Tech def. Northwest University, 4-1
Oregon Tech rallied for a 4-1 win over Northwest to open CCC action. Reece Fletcher put the Owls on the board in the 30th minute, followed by a goal from Kasey Smith before halftime. Dalton Rideout extended the lead early in the second half on a penalty kick. Joao Fonseca put the Eagles on the board in the 77th minute. Sylver Schweiger sealed the win with a late strike for the Owls. OIT finished with a 13-4 advantage in shots, including 7-1 on goal.

(RV) Eastern Oregon University def. Warner Pacific University, 2-1
Eastern Oregon opened conference play with a 2-1 win over Warner Pacific. Marcos Bravo opened the scoring in the 19th minute with an assist from Daniel Kropf, and JJ Gallardo added a second goal for the Mountaineers in the 51st minute. Warner Pacific’s Bodo Calderon converted a penalty kick in the 82nd minute, but it wasn’t enough to equalize. EOU's goalkeeper Anthony Lemus made seven saves to secure the win.

Carroll College def. Rocky Mountain College, 1-0
Carroll opened the conference season with a 1-0 win over Rocky. Nils Benning scored the game’s only goal in the 22nd minute, assisted by Sean Balen. The Fighting Saint's Juan Muniz Navarrete recorded two saves to earn a clean sheet.
