CORVALLIS, Ore. –
The following 10 Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes have been recognized as the McDonald's Player of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, for their performances during competition from September 22 – 28, 2025.
Women’s Golf – Golfer
Lewis-Clark State College’s Dallis Shockey was named the CCC Women’s Golfer of the Week.
Shockey (83-76-71 – 230), a senior from Paul, Idaho, finished as the top non-NCAA Division I golfer at the Kalispel Invitational. She carded her first collegiate under-par round with a 71 in the final round.
Men’s Cross Country – Runner
Northwest University’s Josiah Jaquith was named the CCC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Jaquith, a sophomore from Kirkland, Wash., led the Eagles and set a new personal record at the Bill Roe Invitational with a time of 25:02.8 in the 8K.
Women’s Cross Country – Runner
No. 21-ranked Lewis-Clark State College’s Damaris Kibiwot was named the CCC Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Kibiwot, a sophomore from Eldoret, Kenya., led the Warriors at the Bill Roe Invitational. She was the top NAIA runner and shaved more than 30 seconds off her previous personal best with an impressive time of 21:54.2 in the 6K.
Men’s Soccer – Defensive Player
(RV) Eastern Oregon University’s Jacob Russell was named the CCC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
Russell, a sophomore defender from Yakima, Wash., played a key role in keeping the Mounties undefeated. He anchored the backline, helping contribute to the 3-0 victory over Bushnell University and the scoreless draw with Corban University, limiting opponents to four shots on goal all weekend.
Men’s Soccer – Offensive Player
Rocky Mountain College’s David Russell was named the CCC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
Russell, a freshman midfielder from Arundel, Australia, helped the Battlin’ Bears to a successful weekend with a 2-2 draw against Northwest University and 7-1 victory over The Evergreen State College. He ended the week with four goals and an assist with nine points on a .429 shot on goal percentage.
Women’s Soccer – Defensive Player
University of Providence’s Jennifer Alvillar was named the CCC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
Alvillar, a senior goalkeeper from Phoenix, Ariz., helped lead the Argos to two wins this weekend over Walla Walla University (3-1) and Warner Pacific University (1-0). She tallied 19 saves and only allowed one goal while spending full time in the net during both matches, resulting in a .950 save percentage.
Women’s Soccer – Offensive Player
No. 5-ranked College of Idaho’s Abbi Roubidoux was named the CCC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
Roubidoux, a junior forward from Fruitland, Idaho, helped lead C of I to two more wins over Corban University (10-0) and Bushnell University (3-0). She ended the week with three goals and an assist with seven points on a .400 shot on goal percentage.
Volleyball – Attacker
No. 3-ranked Corban University’s Makayla Roginski was named the CCC Attacker of the Week.
Roginski, a senior outside hitter from Gresham, Ore., had another stellar weekend for the Warriors. She helped lead Corban to big sweeps over Oregon Tech and No. 25-ranked Southern Oregon University. She tallied 20 kills over six sets (3.33 k/s) with just three errors for a .436 hitting percentage. She also added nine blocks and five digs defensively.
Volleyball – Defender
No. 3-ranked Corban University’s Gracie Boeder was named the CCC Defender of the Week.
Boeder, a senior middle blocker from Albany, Ore., helped the Warriors to big sweeps over Oregon Tech and No. 25-ranked Southern Oregon University. She totaled 16 blocks (2.67 b/s) and a dig while adding 11 kills offensively.
Volleyball – Setter
No. 1-ranked Eastern Oregon University’s Ava Semprimoznik was named the CCC Setter of the Week.
Semprimoznik, a redshirt freshman setter from Spokane, Wash., helped lead the Mounties to two more CCC wins over No. 17-ranked Lewis-Clark State College (3-1) and (RV) Walla Walla University (3-0). She dished out 41 assists (5.86 a/s) and added 18 digs (2.57 d/s), and three service aces over the weekend.
