McDonald's Player of the Week, Presented by Urban Edge Network

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The following nine Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes have been recognized as the McDonald's Player of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, for their performances during competition from September 1 – 7, 2025.

Men’s Cross Country – Runner
Southern Oregon University’s Carter Stedman was named the CCC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Stedman, a junior from Roseburg, Ore., led the Raiders at the Simpson Invitational. He finished in first place out of 30 total runners with a time of 26:32.63 in the 8k to earn his first collegiate race victory.

Women’s Cross Country – Runner
Southern Oregon University’s Alyssa Johnson was named the CCC Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Johnson, a junior from Elmira, Ore., led the Raiders at the Simpson Invitational. She finished in first place out of 23 total runners by over 82 seconds to earn her first collegiate race victory with a time of 24:00.62 in the 6k.

Men’s Soccer – Defensive Player
Oregon Tech’s Harvey Bolland was named the CCC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.

Bolland, a junior goalkeeper from Irchester, England, anchored the Owls defense during a successful weekend. During both matches he played all 180 minutes without allowing a goal and recorded three saves.

Men’s Soccer – Offensive Player
(RV) Southern Oregon University’s Daniel Palomino was named the CCC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Palomino, a junior midfielder from Medford, Ore., helped lead the Raiders to two wins this week. He scored the first two goals of his collegiate career at Soka, including the game-winner on a PK for a perfect shot on goal percentage. He also assisted in SOU’s second goal against Simpson.

Women’s Soccer – Defensive Player
Eastern Oregon University’s Joslyn Sizemore was named the CCC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Sizemore, a sophomore defender from Central Point, Ore., helped the Mounties to a successful week. She was crucial to the defensive effort in the 1-0 shutout win over Park-Gilbert that allowed just one shot the entire match. Her efforts also led to the 2-2 draw against Whitman with a goal.

Women’s Soccer – Offensive Player
No. 3-ranked College of Idaho’s Abbi Roubidoux was named the CCC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Roubidoux, a junior forward from Fruitland, Idaho, continued to lead the Yotes this week. She tallied two goals (.636 sog%) and an assist in the 4-2 victory over No. 3-ranked John Brown (Ark.), marking the highest-ranked opponent the program has ever defeated.
 
Volleyball – Attacker
Walla Walla University’s Sahara Browning was named the CCC Attacker of the Week for the second consecutive week.
 
Browning, a junior outside hitter from Walla Walla, Wash., had another dominant weekend for the Wolves. She helped lead Walla Walla to two upset sweeps over (RV) Oregon Tech and No. 19-ranked Southern Oregon. She tallied 29 kills over six sets (4.83 k/s) on a .349 hitting percentage. She also added 11 digs, three service aces, two blocks, and an assist.

Volleyball – Defender
(RV) Lewis-Clark State College’s Karissa Lindner was named the CCC Defender of the Week.

Lindner, a junior middle blocker from Spokane, Wash., was instrumental in the Warriors’ two conference-opening wins over (RV) Oregon Tech and No. 19 Southern Oregon. She totaled 19 blocks across nine sets (2.11 b/s) while also contributing eight kills and five digs to cap off a strong all-around performance.

Volleyball – Setter
(RV) Lewis-Clark State College’s Teagan Scott was named the CCC Setter of the Week.
 
Scott, a sophomore setter from Eagle, Idaho, was instrumental in the Warriors’ two conference-opening wins over (RV) Oregon Tech and No. 19 Southern Oregon. She dished out 86 assists (9.56 a/s) and added 26 digs (2.89 d/s) over nine sets. She also contributed six blocks, three service aces, and three kills in LC State’s thrilling wins.
